It is a cream cheese of the tea taste that a long-established tea wholesaler developed and manufactured in the own shop workshop, and commercialized. While other companies in the same industry are selling Japanese and Western-style confectionery using tea, we want to develop a completely new product, focusing on the cheese of the tea flavor. We started by making the taste of tea in the process of making cheese from raw milk, and introduced a special manufacturing machine with the cooperation of related companies. After more than 100 prototypes and tastings, "Shizuoka Tea Cheese" was completed, blending a rich flavor of cream cheese with no refreshing and habitand matcha from Shizuoka Asahina. It's easy to eat and goes well with snacks, snacks, and salad toppings.
