Founded in 1967 as a teppanyaki and European-style restaurant. The "Welcome Shizuoka Tea Lunch and Dinner Course" (reservation required) created by a representative who is qualified as a Japan tea instructor and wine sommelier, as well as the head chef and sous chef, is designed to enjoy tea pairings (marriage, delicious combinations) of 4~5 types of Shizuoka tea to be drunk and dishes incorporating Shizuoka tea.
In 2017, Shizuoka City certified it as a pioneering product planned by women as a Shizuoka Women's Kirac☆ brand product. We will continue to create dishes that make use of the characteristics of Shizuoka tea and the "world of Shizuoka tea". We also have a list of Shizuoka tea single item menus.
